Company

Built by manufacturers.
For manufacturers.

Visual Factories was started by people who ran production floors — and built with software engineers who had spent decades connecting and controlling machines. More than ten years and three continents later the idea is the same: read any machine from what it already gives, show the plant its real losses within two weeks, and turn them into tasks people close. Simple to install, impossible to argue with.

Our story

It started on the floor — then the engineers made it work.

Visual Factories was not initiated in a software lab. It began with industry experts who had spent decades in manufacturing operations and the cutting-tool business, and who knew why every previous system failed: too much integration, too much IT, numbers nobody trusted. They joined forces with software engineers with decades of experience in multidisciplinary environments — hardware and software combined to manage and control end points. Those engineers became co-founders, and their expertise is why one small device and one cloud platform can read any machine ever built.

Why
A tool for the plant, not for IT

Designed by the manufacturers among the founders: quick to install, compatible with every machine, operable from any workstation. Benefits out of the box, with minimum installation hassle.

How
One technology does the work

Engineered by the co-founders who spent careers managing end points from hardware to cloud: an IoT device captures the machine's electrical signals; our proprietary signals interpretation — the Universal Adapter in the cloud — turns them into OEE, reasons and tasks. Any machine, any age, any control.

Now
Focused on automotive, agnostic by design

Leading automotive OEMs use Visual Factories for visibility into their supply chain, and their suppliers run it on the floor. The same platform runs in aerospace, electronics, medical-device and food & beverage plants.

What we believe

Three rules we do not break.

They shape how the product looks — and why plants keep it after the trial.

01

Simplicity is key

If the electrician cannot install it in an hour and the operator cannot use it on day one, it is not simple enough. We would rather leave a feature out than add a training course.

02

Measure, never estimate

OEE from the machine's own signals, not from the end-of-shift sheet. A number nobody can argue with is the only number that changes behaviour.

03

Complement, do not replace

Your ERP plans, your CMMS records, your quality system audits. We feed them the truth from the machine — we do not ask you to replace them.

If it is not measured from the machine, it is an opinion.
Who stands behind you

Know-how that stays with you after the sale.

No call centre and no junior sales script. From the first conversation to the hundredth machine, the plant works with people who have run production floors and the engineers who designed the connectivity infrastructure and the cloud platform — their experience is on call for every customer, in every country we operate in.

Industry experts
Decades on production floors

Manufacturing operations, cutting tools, automotive supply chains. They shape every product and stay involved in every OEM and partner program.

Engineering
Hardware to cloud, one team

The co-founding engineers who designed the connectivity infrastructure and the cloud platform still lead the product — and still stand behind every installation.

Activation teams
On the floor with your electrician

Regional teams in North America and Europe guide the first machine and run the 14-day Activation Sprint with your people, in your time zone.

Customer success
After day 14

Weekly reviews as much as needed, then whenever a plant wants to go further — new cells, new products, new plants, new countries.

Trust & security

Your machine data, handled like your IP.

Plants in aerospace and automotive supply chains audit their vendors.
Here is what they find.

ISO 27001 certified
01 · Certified

ISO 27001 information security

Our information security management system is certified — policies, access control, incident handling and continuity, audited by a third party.

Floor monitors showing live machine status
02 · What we collect

Machine signals. Not your programs, not your drawings.

The IoT device reads electrical signals — running, stopped, cycle, count. No connection to the control, no change to the PLC, no access to part programs or product data.

Production floor with Visual Factories monitors
03 · Where it runs

Cloud, per plant, your access rules

Each plant has its own tenant; you decide who sees which machine, line and report. Outbound only from the plant network — nothing listens in.

Global footprint

Customers on three continents. One standard.

Visual Factories runs in plants across North America, Europe and Asia — connected, activated and supported the same way wherever the machine stands.

North America
United States · Canada · Mexico

Regional sales, activation and customer success — including the OEM supply-chain programs on both sides of the US–Mexico border.

Europe
United Kingdom · Italy · Latvia · Turkey

Customer plants served directly by our own team — activation, support and success.

Israel
Headquarters

Product, engineering and the cloud platform — plus customer plants at home.

Asia
Malaysia

Connected as part of a global corporation that wanted one unified view of its plants across the globe.

1
One unified view across the globe — for corporations with plants in many countries.

Because the device is self-installed by the plant's own electrician and the platform is agnostic to the machine, a multinational can connect plants in Alabama, Monterrey, Milan and Kuala Lumpur the same way, in weeks — and see every plant, line and machine on one standard, with one daily PDF for headquarters. The same principle that gives OEMs visibility into their supply chain gives a corporation visibility into its own plants.

Talk to people who have run a plant.

Thirty minutes, no slide deck — your worst machine on the screen and the know-how of ten years and three continents behind the answers.
